Turn-around:
My average turn-around is three weeks, plus or minus a few
days in some cases. I do my best
to mail your item as quickly as possible.
In a lot of cases your item (shirt, bloomers, etc) must be ordered and
those items tend to take a little longer since I have to wait for them to come
in the mail. The order of payment
received from each customer is the order items are added to my schedule. If you need your item by a specific
date, contact me to discuss options.
I offer a RUSH option and if I am able to rush your order, you can
purchase a custom listing after we decide your due date is possible.
I do not begin processing your order until paid in
full. This means I don't order
items or begin stitching them until payment is received. If you're item is time sensitive and
has a specific due date, prompt payment is a necessity.
Shipping:
Orders weighing 13 ounces or less (about one or two shirts
plus packaging) will be shipped USPS First Class Mail (3-5 day shipping). Other shipping upgrades are available
in the "Upgrades" section of my shop (or see links below). Once your item has been shipped and
given a tracking number via the USPS, delivery time is out of my control. Time may vary slightly from the USPS
time estimate based on time of year.
Tracking numbers and shipping info are sent via email address on your
Etsy order information or PayPal information.
I ship to CONFIRMED PayPal mailing addresses. If you would like your order shipped
somewhere else, state the details in "Notes to Seller" when making
payment and verifying your address in PayPal. PayPal has specific policies to protect you as a buyer, and
this is one of them.
If your package does not arrive within 10 business days of
mailing date and the tracking details on the USPS website show the item has NOT
BEEN DELIVERED, contact me and I will begin a claim on your behalf and provide
you with claim details to follow-up on package delivery. If you still have not received your
package within 14 days of the CLAIM date, I will refund your money. *If the
tracking details show the package was delivered but you did not get it, you are
responsible for all claim details and a refund may not be given. Thank you for understanding.
Returns and Cancellations:
If a mistake is made on my part or you are not satisfied
with your item, you must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item and
provide proof of the mistake. If
it is proven a mistake has been made, I will refund your money in full and in
some cases, I may provide a return shipping label to send the item back to me.
Overall, I strive to ensure you LOVE your items from LKC. If there is ever a pre-order issue,
such as design, color, or shirt style/color availability, I am happy to refund
your money. I will do my best to
meet all requests and provide as many options as necessary. Due to the custom details of each
order, orders cannot be canceled after payment is received.
Laundering your items:
All items are hand-made and require delicate care. Wash inside-out in cold water on gentle
cycle or hand-wash. Hang to dry or
lay flat. Warm iron if needed. DO
NOT IRON SEQUIN FABRIC.
I do not ship internationally.
